Meetings and Conferences at Harpenden House HotelBusiness meetings and conferences can be a pleasure at Harpenden House Hotel. The seven stylish conference rooms, all with natural daylight, are versatile and can accommodate up to 150 people. The Garden suite offers a versatile event or conference room for up to 150 guests, and can be split into 3 rooms, for syndicate or medium sized meetings. Each of the 3 rooms has independently controlled air conditioning, modern conference lighting or mood lighting with chandeliers for dinners. The Suite is light and airy and has been designed in mind of an Italian Garden. The suite opens out onto the pleasant garden area and terrace. The Evergreen Room at Harpenden House Hotel offers fully air-conditioned, purpose built facilities and presentation equipment with ergononmically designed chairs for added comfort. Doors lead out onto the pleasant garden area. Although we have a range of rooms full of character, each meeting and event room has the same features:

We have preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual requirements, including set design and sound systems. Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event. When you arrive at the hotel, your dedicated member of staff - available all day long - will meet you to run through all the details. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
